"Pipe burst in the garage wall at 10 PM on a Friday. Live person answered, tech arrived at 11:40 with the right parts, had it fixed and tested before midnight. I expected a nightmare — instead I got exactly what they promised."

"Three other plumbers gave me different quotes with no explanation of what was included. Ultimate Plumbing LLC came out, looked at the water heater, gave me a written flat price, and had it replaced the next morning. That's it. No confusion, no surprises."

"I manage commercial properties in Prince George and Ultimate Plumbing LLC is now on every property's emergency contact list. They show up, they document, and the tenants never have anything bad to say about how the tech conducted themselves. That matters enormously in property management."

"Spotted a water stain on my ceiling on a Saturday afternoon. Called Ultimate Plumbing LLC — tech arrived within 90 minutes, found a pinhole leak in a copper supply line above the bathroom, fixed it the same day, and the quoted price didn't change at the end. I've had too many experiences with plumbers where the final bill was a shock. Not here."

"I called late on a Sunday about a slow drain that had turned into a full backup. The dispatcher was calm and helpful, gave me a realistic wait time, and the tech showed up exactly when they said. Cleared the line, ran a camera check, found nothing else concerning. Quick, honest, and clean."

"Water heater failed Christmas morning. I expected to wait days. Ultimate Plumbing LLC had someone at my door by noon, replacement unit on the truck, hot water before dinner. No holiday surcharge buried in the invoice. I'll never call anyone else for plumbing in Prince George."
